    Studio has murphy bed and full kitchen
    One bedroom has two double beds, living room with pull out sofa, two bathrooms and full kitchen
    Two bedroom has two double beds in one bedroom, king size in the other, two bathrooms and full kitchen.

    Charges for additional persons in room are $10 each night (over 5 years old)
    Sorry no pets allowed. There will be a $250 charge applied for fumigation
    A valid credit card is required to make a reservation and upon check-in
    6% occupancy tax and 3% county hotel tax applies to all rates
    Check in time is 4pm.
    Check out is 11am with a $10 per hour late check out fee until 3pm
    CANCELLATION POLICY: within 7 days prior to arrival date
